our mission

We would like to welcome you to the Remark’Ability Community Care family and can’t wait to start making memories with you and your family that will last a lifetime.

At Remark’Ability, our aim is to make a difference in your daily life, as we make available programs that will give back your choice, control, and flexibility to your day to day living.

Our aim is to work in partnership with the family and the local community to expand your life experiences. We want to promote independence and facilitate connections with others. It is important to us that our participants and their families always feel supported.

We want to assist you in participating in community activities and making new and lifelong friendships.

At Remark’Abillity Community Care, we run a day service where we will pick you up and drop you home after spending an exciting day of adventures with us.

Take advantage of making new friends and building new relationships along the way. We are committed to creating lifelong memories and experiences for our participants, from seeing the latest movies to horse riding, dance classes and dolphin watching. We believe and encourage living life without barriers.

We will also be available for 1:1 services, offering home care, cooking, transport to and from appointments, grocery shopping or anything else you might need.

Tracey Mills

Tracey Mills

I am a wife and a proud mother of 2 daughters and a son and I’m a nana to a 3-year-old granddaughter. I knew to care for them I would need to be the best version of myself.

I have worked in the industry for over 10 years, and I knew I needed to make a change and build better lives bringing enjoyment and excitement to each individual. The next step for me was to start a company, so that I gave back control, so participants had a say in what and how services were delivered to their needs.

It’s important to me that we are creating a company, that put the Participants and their families first. I want to foster independence in each individual and encourage participants to be actively involved in program planning so they can enjoy their adventures with us.

I’m looking forward to our adventures together and making amazing memories.

Jodie Williams

I am a wife and mother of 3 amazing children. We live on a 20-acre farm in Garfield and we all love the farm life with all our animals.

I have run a number of businesses over the years but starting Remark’Ability Community Care is the one I’m most excited about.

I do not come from a background of working with disabilities or aged care, but I am someone who is passionate about how people are treated. Tracey Mills and I have been friends for many years, and I knew she wanted to provide something very different to the disability sector, and I knew that I wanted to be a part of that.

I can’t wait to get to know you and your family when you decide to become a part of the RemarkAbility Community Care family.
